Fitting Process

What Actually Happens on the Bench

Whether you're booking a single club or a full bag audit, every appointment runs through the same four-stage process, from first swing to a finished, torque-matched build.

Baseline & Tempo Read

We start by measuring your current clubs, then clock your swing tempo and release pattern before touching a demo shaft.

Torque & Flex Testing

We work through relevant heads and shafts from our wall, recording torque, face angle, and dispersion on every swing against your baseline.

Spec Lock-In

We walk through the readout together and lock in head, shaft torque, length, and lie/loft specifications, with the reasoning explained at every step.

Build & Verify

Clubs are built on our own bench and checked against frequency and swing-weight targets before you pick them up, usually within a week.

During Your Session

What the Torque Readout Actually Shows You

Every session runs on a screen positioned so you can see your own numbers as we work. Rather than being told a shaft "should" release better, you watch face angle, dispersion, and carry distance change swing by swing as torque and flex are adjusted.

  • Every swing logged, not just your best three
  • Side-by-side comparison charts between current and demo shafts
  • A written report emailed within 24 hours of your session
  • No obligation to purchase — the report is yours either way
