We measure dynamic lie angle by checking sole-tape contact patterns on a live lie board, not a static bench reading alone. Loft is checked against your actual carry numbers, and torque is checked shaft to shaft, since length changes across a set can quietly shift torque even within the same product line.
Gapping gets built from your median carry distances, not the manufacturer's stated yardage intervals, so consecutive clubs actually separate on the course the way they separated on the monitor.

Lie Angle
An upright or flat lie angle shifts strike direction at impact independent of your swing path. We adjust in half-degree steps and re-check on the lie board.
Shaft Torque Across the Set
Shorter irons naturally run lower torque than longer ones at the same product line. We flag and correct any torque jump that breaks the set's consistency.
Length & Set Makeup
We check where irons stop and hybrids or fairway woods should take over, based on real carry gaps rather than tradition.
Grip Size
Undersized or oversized grips quietly change hand release through impact, interacting with the shaft's torque more than most golfers expect.
